The New England Environmental Finance Center neefc.org has worked with New England communities for over 22 years to build local capacity to pay for the growing cost of protecting critical environmental resources and fostering resilient communities.

The New England Water Infrastructure Network (NEWIN) is a new source of FREE technical, managerial, and financial support for municipalities, utilities, and tribes with the goal of helping fund and finance community water infrastructure needs through the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs) and other sources.
