ABOUT THE PROJECT:

"Management of Modern, Multiethnical and Multicultural Construction Site with aspects of Ecology, Sociology, Technology and Health - 3M SITE Project".
The aim of this project is to facilitate the integration of migrants into the EU construction market and improve inclusion and diversity by helping locally-based management and workers understand migrants and employees with different cultures, religions, or ethnicities. Additionally, the project aims to improve health and safety at construction sites, promote environmentally friendly habits, and improve effective communication and conflict resolution at the construction sites.

PRODUCTS OF THE PROJECT WILL BE:

3M teaching methodology and Manuals on:
-Legal, technical, and technological aspects of modern construction site management,
-Sociological aspects of a multi-ethnic and multicultural construction site,
-Occupational health and safety at the construction site,
-Environmental issues of a construction site.


WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY?

The purpose of this survey is to determine the set of skills, knowledge and competences required by construction sector to manage construction sites in a diverse, multiethnical and multicultural environment. Your input will aid the 3M SITE partnership to design a comprehensive and up-to-date training content resulting in creation of modern training materials - manuals, for  efficient management of construction sites facing modern challenges.

20.There are some certain rules of using living quarters in the living accommodations at the construction site.

21.The meeting areas are known in case of earthquakes, fire etc. that may occur at the construction site.

22.The locations of the facilities within the construction site and for what purposes they are utilised are known. (Road and communication facilities, subsidiary production facilities, office and social facilities, warehouses, storage areas, summing points, installation networks, ecological protection facilities).

23.The meaning of all the signs, strips and warning signs used on the construction site is known.

24.It is clear what clothes and protectors are needed to enter the areas inside the construction site.
