Before the Webinar. Longevity Chef 2 (questionnaire to be filled out before the webinar)

Teachers who have asked to participate are invited to answer the questions in preparation for the webinar. Teachers may decide to use this questionnaire in class to stimulate a discussion and prepare students for the webinar.

It should be noted that this questionnaire is strictly anonymous. The information collected by the reference teacher within a class workshop, will be reformulated by the teacher himself and provided via the following form as answers from the entire class and not from individual students.

The answers are completely confidential and covered by statistical secrecy, as they are used with the utmost respect for privacy and analyzed only in aggregate form (pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data").
