The Pine Project - Bursary Application Form
Thank you for your interest in joining the Pine Project! We have a limited fund that enables people to participate who would otherwise not be able to afford the full cost of Pine programs. We ask that you please carefully consider your family’s needs prior to applying for a bursary and only ask for what you need. As bursary funding is limited and each bursary awarded could have otherwise been granted to another family, we ask that bursary recipients attend the majority of the program for which they've registered.

Our bursary fund is only able to provide assistance for program fees, not for travel or other costs. The majority of our bursaries are for 20-50% of a program’s tuition; however, however, in special circumstances more may be awarded. Priority is given to children and families, and to educators working with children and families.

To apply for a bursary, please fill out the form below and we will contact you with an offer within 1 month.

Please note: Bursary applications are only assessed for registered participants. Please register for your chosen program, pay the deposit and enrol in a payment plan prior to applying for a bursary. We try our very best to work with each family to make the program accessible; in the rare case that we are not able to meet your financial need, we will provide a full refund.

Please complete one application per participant per program.

To be considered within the first round of bursary applications, we ask that registered participants submit their applications by the following deadlines:
March Break: December 1
Summer Camps: April 1 (delayed to May 1 for Summer 2021)
Outdoor School: August 1
Wild Deer: November 1

All information collected within this application form is held in confidence and only used for the purposes of determining the applicant's eligibility for assistance.
