Thank you for registering for our Consignment Sale that benefits the OJR Education Foundation! Please fill out the form below. After we review your registration, we will email you to confirm or assign your seller number.
Drop off - Thursday, March 26th 4pm-7pm and Friday, March 276th 8am-9:45am
Pre-sale - Friday, March 27th 5:30pm-7:30pm
Public Sale - Saturday, March 28th 8am-12:30pm
50% off most items - Saturday, March 28th 11am-12:30pm

This registration form is for Sellers only. If you wish to donate all of your items and proceeds please email us at

If you live on a busy street or own a business in a high travel area - would you be willing to put out a yard sign advertising the sale?
Tell us if you have a child/children in OJR schools or if you are an employee. We can arrange for your tags to be delivered to your OJR school.

White Tags – Items WILL be discounted 50% @ 11:00 AM. Unsold white tag items are returned to the seller. Cost: $2.00/50 tags
Red Tags – Items will NOT be discounted 50% @ 11 AM. Unsold red tag items are returned to the seller. Cost: $1.00/25 tags
Blue Tags – Items WILL be discounted 50% @ 11:00 AM. Unsold blue tag items will be donated. Cost: Free
White Tags (50 per pack) - $2.00 per pack
Red Tags (25 per pack) - $1.00 per pack
Blue Tags (50 per pack) - FREE
All fees for registration and tags will be deducted from the seller’s check.
How would you like to receive your tags?
Option 1 - I will pick up tags from the Administration Building.
Option 2 - I will pick up my tags from another office within the OJR School District. Please tell us where below.
Option 3 - I would like my tags sent to my OJR student. Please list student's name and teacher below.
Option 4 - I have tags from previous sales and did not order any tags at this time.
If you selected Option 1 or 2 for tag pick up, please give us your follow up information here. For option 2 only the school name is needed. For option 1 we also need - student name and teacher name.
Do you plan to fufill your volunteer requirements for the full 70% of your sales?

• The Owen J Roberts Education Foundation is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen items. Please make sure your tags are securely attached!
• Items that do not adhere to the guidelines will be taken off the selling floor.
• Each seller will work a 2 hour shift during sale preparation or during the sale. Failure to do so will reduce your proceeds by 2%
• Each seller is required to attend sale clean up. Failure to do so will reduce your proceeds by 2%
• All unsold items that are not being donated must be picked up by 2:00 pm on Saturday.
• Items not picked up by 2:00 on the sale date will be donated.
• Your sale check will be 66-70% of your sales LESS all registration and tag fees.
