Hey S.O.U.L. Sister! Thank you for your interest in joining our 2018-2019 NYC Youth Leaders Board. We welcome cis and trans girls, femmes, and gender nonconforming youth between the ages of 13 -17 years old to apply.
This application has 3 sections: General Contact Information, Identity and Interests, and Short Answers. Please answer all sections to the best of your ability. We encourage you to ask a friend, parent, or someone you trust to look over your application with you before sending. The form will not complete if you do not put an answer for any field with an asterisk (*).

We will schedule interviews for the second half of September, aiming for Monday, September 17 - Friday, September 28. Interviews will be held at our downtown Brooklyn office, located at 147 Prince Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Interviews will be in person, between the hours of 3 PM - 6 PM, scheduled for 45 minutes.
