St Josephine Bakhita Primary School is part of St Thomas the Apostle Catholic Parish, Clyde North.

Please note that this form is not the official enrolment form, however, submitting this form will grant priority enrolment based on the list below. The Enrolment Form, Fee Schedule and other relevant information will be forwarded to you at the appropriate time.
