Tree of Life Enrollment Application          

There is no application fee. Please submit a separate application for each child.

Applications will be kept on file for one year. You must reapply every year.

50% of seats are reserved for students living within 1 mile "as the crow flies" from school. Last year we turned away 100 students, pray for more room!

Because you apply does NOT mean you have been accepted.
