Welcome to the volunteer application form for UK PonyCon 2025! We are thrilled that you are interested in joining our Volunteer team on our "Adventure" to Birmingham, and helping us make this event a success.
Our Volunteers mean a lot to us, without you we cant run to full "Awesomeness". UK PonyCon is full of Volunteers from the Core and we really respect and thank you for sacrificing your time at the convention to help us out.
Volunteers join us at the convention to help us put on the event. You'll be provided with a volunteer information pack with lots of information about volunteering, and you'll also be asked to join departmental pre-convention meeting on Discord or Zoom in the weeks before, so each head of department can explain what you'll be doing and answer any questions. You won't normally be expected to have significant involvement until much closer to the convention, although there may be some opportunities for this.

Irish - Special Guest Handler - Special Guests Helpers
Amlaur - Britannia Buddies
Moomin - Stage Tech and AV
Jake - General Volunteers Co Lead
Stonemane - First Aid
