The Reaching The Wounded Student Conference is looking for a LIMITED NUMBER of proposals that specifically address needs of students of trauma and share strategies that have proven effective with that population. General dropout prevention sessions will not be accepted. All presentations should fit in one of 6 Conference Strands. Definitions of the strands can be found at http://bit.ly/2h07qBd

The DEADLINE for proposal submission has been extended through April 14, 2017. This Call for Proposals will close after that date.

Presenters will be notified of the acceptance of their proposals by April 21, 2017 (new date because of the extension of the submission date). Presentations are scheduled upon registration for the conference. Presenters must register by May 19, 2017(new date) to insure a presentation slot.

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2017 Reaching the Wounded Student Conference!

PLEASE NOTE: The only information used to determine acceptance, and even participants' choice to attend a session, is the information in the proposal. Please be thorough and clear so the program committee and attendees can make a wise selection. Proposals submitted with incomplete, inarticulate, or list-form descriptions will not be accepted. Please proofread descriptions prior to uploading.
