I understand that each vehicle is sold AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all vehicles before sale. I understand that there will be a buyer premium on all goods. Your bid is irrevocable, and sales are complete when the auctioneer announces sold. All buyers must sign their purchase contract before they leave the auction. A deposit of $300 is required for each vehicle purchase on the lanes of betting. It is the responsibility of the buyer to transfer the titles at the S.A.A.Q. Some inspection could be required on some cars All purchases have to be pay by cash or certified check only, and pick up the next Monday, before 5pm.
