1. Participants must be present on 11 June 2023 at 12:00pm for briefing and registration. Competition starts at 2:00pm sharp.
2. Registration is open to all fully vaccinated dancers only. International dancers are required to apply relevant visas or permissions before taking part in the competition (wherever applicable). Masks are required to be worn at all times except when performing on stage. Any participant who exhibits Covid-19 symptoms will be barred from entering the competition area.
3. Participating groups must consist of a minimum of TWO (2) members; there is no maximum limit on the number of members.

5. Each dancer is allowed to join only one dance crew. Any crew found to harbour the same dancer across multiple crews will disqualify those crews.
6. Once a dance crew has won a preliminary round and advanced to the finals, no changes to the crew members are allowed, i.e. the crew that wins the preliminaries must be the same crew that participates in the finals. Exceptions under very specific conditions may be permissible; prior approval for such exceptions must be obtained from the Organisers.
7. Participating groups are required to prepare a K-Pop dance routine for the judges (5 minutes max.) with songs or medleys from only ONE (1) K-Pop group, i.e. mash-ups or medleys of many artists are not permitted for this category.
8. All groups with props must obtain prior approval from the Organiser.

Clothing too short and/or too tight will be scrutinised and may be deemed inappropriate, especially overexposure of certain areas of the body considering the family friendly nature of the competition.
