Request for Proposals: Host an FFA Regional Roundtable
Film Festival Alliance (FFA) is inviting member festivals to apply to host a Regional Roundtable in 2027 or 2028. Regional Roundtables entail at least one full day of FFA-led programming for festival organizers, and provide attendees with the opportunity to experience a FFA member festival from the patron perspective.

What Can You Offer Regional Roundtable Attendees?

Regional Roundtable passes typically include a mix of the following. Let us know what you're able to provide:

Festival access: Which screenings, panels, or events can Roundtable attendees access or participate in?

Industry events: Are there receptions, mixers, VIP events, or other gatherings attendees could be folded into?

Lodging & travel discounts: Do you have (or can you secure) hotel blocks, discount codes, or other travel partnerships for out-of-town attendees?

Note: Typically a minimum of 50 FFA members + partners attend these regional roundtables.
