2018 Ethos Design Annual: Submission Form Template Download
1. About
ETHOS is a new annual celebration of creativity, community, and design in Orange County. The event aims to showcase local creative talent that embodies the ethos of great design: problem solving, ideas, and execution.
2. How to Submit
A. Entries close MIDNIGHT of FRIDAY 2nd NOVEMBER

B. Entries can be submitted across four categories:

- Agency
- Independent, Sole Proprietor
- In-House
- Student

C. The final step of this form is a download link to a submission template. The template is made up of five 1920px x 1080px spreads for you to show-off your project, and a page for you to tell us about the work in writing.

D. Save your submission as a single PDF and send it to ethos@orangecounty.aiga.org. We'll reply to let you know we've received it okay.

3. What Does It Cost?
A. Submitting to the 2018 Ethos Design Annual is FREE!

B. You can also submit as many projects as you like, HOWEVER we ask that each individual project be submitted as a separate PDF.

4. Spotlight Awards
A. CRITERIA: We have a panel of judges from the AIGA network who will be looking through all the submissions and giving 'Spotlight Awards' to projects they feel meet the following criteria: "Does it solve a problem?" "Is it driven by an idea?" "Is it well executed?". Judges will be announced soon.

B. COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: We will also be recognizing members of Orange County's creative community who have made a significant impact and contribution to others in 2018.

C. PROJECT GALLERY: Finally, at the 'Celebration Evening', we'll have select projects on-display for you to see up close and meet the Creatives behind the work.

5. Ethos Celebration Evening
A. JOIN US for an evening of celebration as we show-off all the work that was submitted to us, announce the 'Spotlight Awards' and 'Community Spotlight', as well as display some of the work that was submitted to us for you to see up close.
