Chelsea Public Library Curbside Pickup Request Form
If you would like to request curbside service for library items:

View our catalog at https://chelsealibrary.kohavt.org/cgi-bin/koha/opac-user.pl (you do not need to log in, just make sure you select "Chelsea Public Library" to narrow the search results). You may also request interlibrary loan books, DVDs, and audiobooks that are not in our collection. They usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Submit the request below with your information. I will contact you about any questions I may have and confirm when the items are ready for pickup. Someone will be available to fill requests M-F : 1 - 6 PM and 1st/3rd Sat: 9 AM - 2 PM.

Please list the title, author (if applicable), and format of the item you are requesting. You can list multiple items.
If you do not have a specific title in mind, but would prefer the librarian to gather a selection for you, please list as much information about the items you are requesting as possible (ie. number of items, age range, genre, fiction/non-fiction, subject, format, etc.), as well as the format. The librarian will try their best to choose items that fulfill your request.
If you would like to request an interlibrary loan, please write the title, author (if applicable), and format (book, DVD, audiobook). The librarian will contact you when the item arrives (usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on availability).
