If you need your sandals back in a shorter time frame, please send us an email or call before sending them in so we can explore alternative options!
Instructions- Please fill out all sections on this form. If you are sending multiple pairs, please fill out one form per pair.
- Make sure sandals are clean, fully dry, and free from debris before sending them in.
- Please ship to: Bedrock Sandals, 101 S California St, Ste B, Missoula, MT 59801 and include a note with your name and email on it.
- We will assess the work send an electronic invoice to cover services within 1-2 weeks of receiving.
- ReSouls & Repairs average 4-6 weeks to completion once received.
- Upon completion of service and payment, Bedrock will ship footwear back to the address listed on the form. US Sandal repairs ship via USPS and are charged a flat rate of $8. International Sandal repairs ship via economical service and are charged $25-$35 depending on region.
