Lead, schedule, and coordinate team meetings, conference calls, and develop agenda (Team Leaders and Board Lisason)
Ensure deadlines and timelines and goals are being met
Attend monthly team conference calls and/or meetings
Coordinate voter registration outreach plan
Develop and implement election get out the vote activities
Develop community outreach plan for reaching individuals with criminal records (restoration of voting rights)
Develop annual calendar of topics and events
Plan events, forums, community meetings
Secure speakers, venues, sponsors and partner organizations
Confirm venue logistical needs
Solicit volunteers for tabling events
To man table displays at community events
Assist in promotion of events
Assist with canvassing needs
Collect, log, and deliver voter registration forms
Collect, log and maintain event sign-in sheets
