If your wish is to attend Jac-Cen-Del Community School Corporation please complete the below application.  Out-of-district transfer decisions will be made within 2 weeks of the application submission.  Contact will be via email (provided below-line 1).  Please understand all decisions will be contingent on JCD school personnel conducting a records check with the current school.  Many schools will have limited staff working throughout the summer, therefore verification of good standing may not occur until late July.
