Part 1 - Application
This is the section that our shortlisting panel will see. They will only see information that is necessary to assess your application against the criteria given in the Person Specification. Further to this, all applications are formatted in the same way. This process allows us to ensure that the shortlisting is carried out in a fair and consistent manner and all applicants are given the same opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.

This contains your answers to questions mentioned above in point 1, your employment and volunteering history and relevant training and qualifications history.

Links to online CVs will not be taken into account.

Part 2 - Your personal details
This is the section that our shortlisting panel will not see. This is so we can process your application, get in contact with you if we decide to shortlist you, and work to ensure our systems, policies and processes are free from bias or discrimination and are fair and accessible.

This includes your right to work, equality and diversity, reasonable adjustments, criminal records (if applicable), referees and your contact information.
