Request for Certification of Enrollment
This is how you inform USM Veterans Services that you are:
  1. Enrolled in classes at USM
  2. Using your VA benefits this semester
This form:
  • must be submitted if you want to be certified.
  • must be submitted each term that you want to use your VA educational benefits.
  • should be submitted at least 30 days before the start of the term you want certified. Late submissions or those with inaccurate information may cause a delay in VA benefit payments.
  • is separate from the monthly texts verifying your enrollment to the VA, and both are necessary to ensure you receive your benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
