Dear Parent of BHS Athlete
Thank you for your efforts and dedication to BHS and its athletic programs. We hope your experience this season was a great one! The purpose of our athletic programs is to provide our student-athletes with experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime. We hope to be a key part of the education of the young adults who attend BHS by providing discipline, instilling a strong work ethic, and teaching the application of ethical behavior.
In order to ensure the continual development of our athletic programs, we ask that you provide an honest evaluation of this last season’s experience. Please evaluate each question and answer honestly. We want to know what areas show our strengths as coaches and as a program overall. We also need to know what key areas you feel need improvement. If you prefer to remain anonymous, feel free to do so. If you desire to have your survey be used in the final evaluation of the coaches in programs at BHS, you must sign your name to the survey.
