~Spaces are 8 ft by about 4 ft deep
~You MUST Supply your own tables and chairs.
~Electric is available if needed. On a first to confirm basis
~Set up starts at 9:30 am
~The event is over at 3 pm. Vendors MUST stay set up until 3 pm
~We will accept one representative per company if you are with a direct sales company.
~Once registration/contract is submitted, accepted vendors will receive an invoice through Square that can be paid with a credit or debit card
~If more than one representative register with the same company whomever pays the invoice first will be the confirmed vendor for the day
~Once payment is submitted there are NO REFUNDS for any reason
~When payment is submitted you are paying for this event on this date. If you cannot make the date you do not receive a credit to use on another event or a refund.
~If the event is cancelled for due to a government shutdown, a pandemic, natural disaster, bad weather etc. reasons that are out of our control the vendor would receive a credit in the amount they paid for the event. The credit can be used on the reschedule date if there is one or on any other event hosted by Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company (added 3-23-2020)
~We will hand out 100 swag bags at this event. You can advertise in these bags for an additional $20. All items for the swag bags are due Friday  September 6th. Items can be sent to PO Box 143 Topton PA 19562, can be dropped off at an event prior to the due date or can be dropped off at our store in the Lehigh Valley Mall called the Small Business Gallery. 
~The event will be advertised in a local newspaper, signs, flier, event websites and social media.
