Hot Sauce Competition Registration
Please deliver 1 quart of your hot sauce no later than 11am on Sunday Sept. 15 to Mike's Maze at 23 S. Main St. in Sunderland. Hot sauce must feature local ingredients but can be any style. All entries will be judged for texture, flavor, consistency, aroma and appearance.

*NEW THIS YEAR*
-Hot sauce tasting will no longer be blind. Each sauce will be labeled with as much info as possible
-Only amateur sauces may compete (professionals can submit a sauce as long as it is not a sauce they already sell)

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Chilifest hot sauce competition where prepared food, cooked, perishable or otherwise are transported, further prepared, and consumed, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, agents, employees and affiliates, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Kitchen Garden, LLC, Mike's Maze and Warner Farm from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in any event. Further, I hearby grant full permission to The Kitchen Garden, all sponsors and their authorized agents to use any photographs and recordings of this event for any legitimate purposes. By signing below I certify that I am over the age of 18 and acknowledge that I have read and understand this release and waiver of liability.
