AZ Water Calendar Update Request

For Committee Meetings:
  1. Review the AZ Water calendar with your committee
  2. Select a recurring cadence that minimizes conflicts with other meetings
  3. Submit this form, selecting Committee Meeting in the Request Type section

For Events: 

  1. Review the AZ Water calendar with your committee
  2. Select a date with no other events and not within the same week of similar events. 
  3. If you DON'T have all the details but want to reserve calendar space - Submit this form, selecting Calendar Hold in the Request Type section.
  4. If you DO have all the details - Submit this form, selecting Full Event in the Request Type section.  NOTE: This needs to be done once the event is ready for registration/ticketing even if a calendar hold was initially submitted for the event.

PLANNING: Calendar Holds require 60+ days advance notice, & Full Event requests 45+ days. 

MARKETING & PROMO MATERIALS:  All related Marketing Requests must be submitted via Content Submittal Form, and all Flyer & Powerpoint templates to reuse can be found in the Communication Committee Page.

RESPONSE TIMEFRAMES: Please note that submissions will receive a response and/or appear on the calendar within 3-5 business days (excluding vacation/holidays), though usually sooner.  If 3-5 business days have passed with not further response, feel free to reach out to the email address at the top of this form.

EVENT/PRESENTATION RECORDINGS: Please upload all event presentation recordings here after the event is complete.
