KS2 Wages are £10p/h, KS3/GCSE Wages are £11.00-12.50 p/h, and A-Level wages are £14.00-17.00 p/h. I understand that wages can vary from student to student depending on negotiations that Enlighten Learning takes with parents. I trust that Enlighten Learning will try to provide me the best wage possible. I understand that wages can also vary depending on my experience. I understand that Enlighten Learning takes a fee for the service provided in finding students and to pay for ads. By selecting I agree, you confirm you are okay at working at the minimum wage offered in your level if offered. *
Enlighten Learning has a compulsory probation period of 4 weeks everytime you start tutoring a new student. The first week can be given free to parents/ they may ask for a refund so you will not be paid for the first week. You will also not be paid for the 3rd week with a new student. You will be paid from the 4th week onwards, in full. This allows Enlighten Learning to spread it's risk and create better cash flow, whilst helping us fund our ads. Do you agree to this system? *
