Premarital Counseling
As your rabbi, I take the responsibility of performing your marriage very seriously. I require all couples to go through premarital counseling with me. First, each person will fill out this form individually, and then in our second meeting we will discuss your answers. This is completely confidential and I encourage you to be vulnerable and honest in your replies.
