Media Pass Agreement and Guidelines

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Guidelines
You agree to comply with all event guidelines and instructions provided by the Raydiant Awards team. This includes adhering to any specific rules regarding photography, videography, and media access at the event.

Media Restrictions
You acknowledge that the event may impose certain restrictions on media activities, such as limitations on where and how photography or video may be taken, and agree to abide by these restrictions. You will also respect any requests made by event organizers regarding media coverage, including but not limited to access to restricted areas or use of images and footage.

Non-Transferability
Your media pass is non-transferable. It is issued exclusively to the individual named on the application and cannot be shared or transferred to another person under any circumstances.

Revocation of Media Pass
You understand that the Raydiant Awards reserves the right to revoke your media pass at any time if you fail to follow event guidelines, violate any terms of this agreement, or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by event organizers. Failure to comply with event rules may result in immediate removal from the event.

Media Use and Content Ownership
You agree that any content (photos, videos, articles, etc.) created during the event may be used by the Raydiant Awards for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, press releases, and future marketing materials. You retain the rights to your own content, but acknowledge that the Raydiant Awards may use your work in accordance with the event’s marketing needs.

Social Media and Reporting
If you plan to cover the event on social media, you agree to use official event hashtags and tag the Raydiant Awards in your posts when applicable. You will also agree to follow any guidelines provided regarding live coverage or use of event content on social media.

Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that the Raydiant Awards is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment while attending the event. You attend at your own risk.
