Together to Learn Series: Winter Wellness

Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 6-7 PM, join Shannon Parsons and Edy Cruz-Fuentes, social workers from Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, for an important discussion about:

  • Winter blues
  • How biology and social-emotional changes can play a role
  • When changes become more serious
  • Healthy habits to support mental health during the winter months
  • How parents/caregivers can support their child
