KYACAC College Fair Proposal Form- FALL 2022
KYACAC will be continuing with in-person fairs for the Fall 2021 season!

Please submit your college fair proposal using the form below. Before completing this form, please review calendars of all school systems who will be attending and avoid school closures, major holidays, ACT/SAT test dates, high school testing dates and KYACAC/NACAC conferences, etc.

To aid in the Calendar Committee's planning, please provide your top three dates (in order of preference) and indicate all time windows that would accommodate your program. If listing a different time, please be remember that KYACAC events are held to a two hour time limit (unless there is an approved circumstance).

A member of the KYACAC College Fair committee will inform you if your program is approved, denied, or approved with needed modifications by July 15, 2022.
