We are so excited to welcome applications for the Indy MADE Spring Market! The renovated Llama Barn provides the perfect backdrop for a fun, welcoming, and highly shopable event — and we can’t wait to showcase an inspiring lineup of talented small businesses.

Booth Details

10x10 Standard Booth — $220

We may be able to accommodate 1.5 or Double Booths. Please make a note in the comments section if you would like to be considered.

Vendors may set up on Friday evening or Saturday morning before the market opens to the public.

Selection & Notifications

Indy MADE Market is a curated event. Applications will be reviewed based on product quality, variety, professionalism, and alignment with our market style and shopper experience.
Acceptance emails and invoices will be sent on a rolling basis
Invoices are due upon receipt
Remaining space is limited — early application is strongly encouraged

**Indy MADE Market Vendor Contract**

Please read and check ALL boxes of the vendor contract below. If all boxes are not checked, you WILL NOT be accepted into the Indy MADE Market. By checking all the boxes, you are confirming that you have read and agree to follow each item in the contract. *

Space allocation will be first come, first serve, based upon date of receipt of your application and payment. Make sure to note any specific requirements on your application forms.

The Indy MADE Market or the Hamilton County Fairgrounds will not be held responsible for theft, loss, damage or injury of any person or property during the event on 11/6/26 and 11/7/14/26 .

The Indy MADE Market or the Hamilton County Fairgrounds are not liable for vendors who abandon any property .

ALL vendors must clean up their display area during and after the event. All litter and packaging must be removed from the site by the vendor to any allocated trash receptacles.

Vendors must provide their own setup equipment, tables, electrical cords, unless other arrangements have been made with the event coordinator. Chairs will be provided. ALL items must be self-supporting with no nails or other damaging hardware that will affect venue location. We encourage all vendors to make their space as appealing as possible to draw the public to your location.

Indy MADE market has the right to ask any exhibitor/vendor to leave if not conforming to event rules or for misrepresenting the nature of your application. No refunds will be made under such circumstances.

Once payments are submitted, no refunds will be made. We have very budgeted markets and every vendor fee is accounted for to produce the shows.

Vendors will have access to the grounds and may begin set up the day before market or may arrive on market day as early as 7am. All set up is to be completed by 8:45am on market days, with the event scheduled to begin at 9am.

Indy MADE market requires that all vendors stay for the duration of the event, primarily for safety and security purposes.If a vendor disregards this and packs up early we will be unable to invite them to future markets.

The Hamilton County Fairgrounds is a smoke/alcohol free facility and all smoking and alcohol consumption will be prohibited in the buildings on the premises

The Hamiton County Fairgrounds does not allow any type of confetti to be used in decoration at any event. I will refrain from using any type on confetti in your booth set up.

Open flames (of any kind) are not allowed in the building or on the Hamilton County Fairgrounds.

I allow the Indy MADE Market to use my business product pictures (submitted or posted online) for marketing purposes for the Indy MADE Market.
