Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival Volunteer Shift Sign-Up 2017
Here is your chance to be a part of the excitement to the already sold out festival and all the info you need to know before committing entirely and signing up your availability!

We need help for various shifts from the Tuesday 7th November till the big day on Saturday the 11th November!

There are different roles available, as you will see on the spread sheet that this form will redirect you to at the last stages.
Simply fill out this form, go to the google sheet link and add your name in the blue slots that you are keen to help out with and we will get back in contact with you to confirm!

Volunteer shifts available to select on the google sheet, towards the end of this form:

EVENT PACK IN ASSISTANTS:
7th - 9th November 9:30am - 12pm (2.5h) + 1pm - 5pm (4h)
10th November 8.30am - 12.30pm (4h) + 12.30pm - 4.30pm (4h) + 4.30pm - 8.30pm (4h)

SATURDAY 11TH EVENT DAY
Event Entrance Assistants 11am - 7pm (8h)
Event General Assistants 11am - 7pm (8h)

SATURDAY 11TH EVENT DAY PACK DOWN
This year we are on the lookout for a sports team or club that is looking to raise some funds for their group. If your team of 10+ people are energetic, enthusiastic and love getting your hands dirty, then we would love your help in finishing the final pack out once the festival has come to a close. Give us an email: info@dunedinbeerfest.co.nz if you think you have the team or club is interested in doing the pack out for a donation.

It's going to be an awesome build up and an even better day so looking forward to having you on board!
