Field Trip Permission Form 23-24'
During the 2023-2024 school year, 7th and 8th grade students will be traveling off school grounds for various field trip opportunities. Parents will receive specific details of each event and Blackboard Connect calls will be sent prior to each field trip as a reminder to parents. If you feel you need to keep your child from attending any field trip, please email cook.michelle@iowacityschools.org before the date of the event and alternate arrangements will be made for your child. Please complete the parent/guardian consent box on this form if you wish for your child to participate in school sponsored field trips at South East during the 2023-2024 school year.
