Test to Perform *

Check the appearance of the whole machine for missing or misplaced parts, scratches on the surface, oil stains, etc. 检查整机外观有无零部件漏装、错装，表面有无划痕、油污等现象。

Check that the fastening screws on the top cover are properly installed in place, no missing, dummy. 检查上盖的紧固螺丝是否都已正确安装到位，无漏装、虚装。

Check the joint parts of the body, no looseness, loose joints, misalignment, etc. 检查机身各结合部位，无松动、合缝不严、错位等不良。

Check the power switch, the switch can be normally turned; check the LED lamp cover, the lamp cover is clean and transparent, and the surface is flush with the surface of the housing; generally the force is pressed against the lamp cover, and the lamp cover is not sunken. 检查电源开关，开关能正常拨动；检查LED灯罩，灯罩干净透明，且表面与壳体表面平齐；一般力度按压灯罩，灯罩无下陷。

Press the green button, the button can be self-locked for the first time, press again to reset; press the red button normally, the button can be pressed, and the stroke can reach 2~6mm. 按动绿色按钮，按钮第一次按下能自锁，再次按能复位；正常按压红色按钮，按钮能被按动，且行程能达到2~6mm。

Check the chassis, the chassis should be free from cracks and deformations, and the blind hole insert nuts are not broken; the fastening screws are equipped with white gaskets, no loose or missing; the two filters are properly installed in place. 检查底盘各处，底盘应无破裂、变形，盲孔镶嵌螺母无破裂；紧固螺丝均配有白色密封垫片，无松动、漏装；两片过滤器正确安装到位。

Check the rubber block, filter cotton and retaining ring at the bottom of the suction cup for misplacement. Check if the gasket of the bleed valve is glued, press the vent valve, seal gasket and O-ring have not come off.（There are 6 rubber blocks for suction cups and 8 rubber blocks for suction cups exported to Europe.）检查吸盘底部的橡胶块、过滤棉及固定环有没有错装漏装。检查泄气阀的密封垫片有没有涂胶，按动泄气阀，密封垫片和O型圈有没有脱落。（一般吸盘的橡胶块是6个，出口欧洲的吸盘的橡胶块是8个）

Connect the positive and negative terminals of the adjustable power supply to the left and right electrodes in the battery slot, and slowly reduce the voltage from 16.8V to 12V. Observe whether the power indicator light is turned off by the 5 green lights until the last one. Turns red and blinks, and finally turns off. 用可调式稳压电源正负极分别接电池插槽内的左右电极，将电压从16.8V慢慢往下减小至12V，观察电源指示灯是否由5颗绿灯全亮依次熄灭直至最后一颗变为红灯且闪烁，最后全部熄灭。

Plug in the full battery, turn the power button to ON, press the green start switch to check if the suction cup is working properly. 插上满电电池，电源按钮拨至ON，按下绿色启动开关，检查吸盘有没有正常工作。

Put on the seal, after the water on the chassis, suck the grabber on the transparent glass surface, and check whether the chassis has air leakage by observing the specific position of the bubble. After being absorbed, turn off the power and observe for 30 minutes. Only those who will not fall in advance will be qualified. 装上密封件，底盘沾水后，将吸盘吸附于透明玻璃表面，通过观察气泡产生的具体位置来检查底盘有无漏气现象。吸附住后关电观察30分钟，不会提前掉下来的才合格。

Adsorb the grabber on a smooth surface, then shake the fuselage with force to check whether the grabber is still well adsorbed, and whether the adsorption effect is invalid. 将吸盘吸附于光滑平面上，然后用力震动机身，检查吸盘是否仍然很好的吸附，有无吸附效果失效的现象。

Adsorb grabo on a smooth surface. After completely adsorbed, check whether the reading of the pressure gauge is wrong; then, release grabo and check whether the rotation of the pressure gauge pointer is abnormal. Repeat this process three times. （Only those with pressure gauges need to check this item. Those without pressure gauges will be pass.）将吸盘吸附在光滑平面，完全吸附后，观察压力表的读数是否有误；然后，释放吸盘，观察压力表指针的转动情况是否异常。重复此过程三次。(有压力表的才需要检查这一项，没有的压力表的就直接打勾略过)
