#StigmaFreeUs 2017 Story Contest
#StigmaFreeUs is NAMI Multnomah's first annual literature contest for students 13 to 19 years old dealing with a personal mental health story—either their own story or the story of how a loved one’s mental health story has impacted them.

The personal story may be an essay, a poem, a short play or any other written form.

It should not exceed 1,000 words.

Due date for submissions: Sunday, May 21, 2017

Stories will be published on NAMI Multnomah’s website and Facebook page. Top five pieces will be promoted across social media (using the hashtag #StigmaFreeUs) with extended interviews with authors (who may remain anonymous, if they choose).

Top three contest winners will receive prizes!

We will not share any of your personal information with anyone.

Thank you for your time!
