Registration Form -- ACT Prep Class at De
DeLaSalle is offering an ACT prep class for juniors planning to take the April 13, 2019 ACT exam. If you would like to enroll in the prep class, please fill in this Registration Form.

The class will meet on Mondays beginning February 25 at DeLaSalle. Students can attend class from either 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm OR from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

**Update as of January 13 -- Early class time (3:15 pm - 5:15 pm) is full. Openings are only available for the later class time.

There will be two instructors, each of whom will work with up to 16 students. During the class, students will learn testing strategies and study sample questions. With methodical practice, students will build their confidence and skills, translating into improved scores.

Please Note ---There will be required homework each week. Students will be assigned a 3.5 hour practice test to do at home. Students can do one section each day. Students must come prepared to class with their completed practice test in order to participate in the class.

Please be sure to mark these dates on your calendar before you register. This year, we have added an extra class to accommodate De’s spring break schedule:
Class 1 February 25 or March 4 (choose one)-- Take Timed Baseline Test #1 (3:15 pm – 7:00 pm)
Class 2 March 11 -- Review Test #1 (Assigned Test #2 as homework)
Class 3 March 18 -- Review Test #2 (Assigned Test #3 as homework)
Class 4 March 25 -- Review Test #3 (Assigned Test #4 as homework)
Class 5 April 1 (optional) -- Review Test #4 (Assigned Test #5 as homework)
Class 6 April 8 -- Review Test #5 (Assigned Test #6 as homework)
Class 7 April 12 (make-up/bonus) -- Review Test #6
April 13 -- Test Day

To register, please:
a) Fill in this Registration Form and submit it by January 31.
b) Bring a check to the Guidance Office (Ms. McAdams) no later than January 31. The check should be made out to Mary Ann Dorsher, ACT Tutoring.

Consistent with De's mission, it is important that this class be available to all students. Students on free/reduced lunch are being provided a scholarship to offset the cost of the class.
• Students not on free/reduced lunch -- $200 for tutoring and $25 for materials -- $225 total.
• Students on free/reduced lunch -- $25 for tutoring and $25 for materials -- $50 total.
