Central Illinois Offender Reentry Symposium Pre-Registration Form
The symposium will be held at 8:30AM on April 20th, 2017 in the Old Main Room of the Bone Student Center on the campus of Illinois State University, Normal, IL. Please complete this form by April 10th, though registration is not required to attend.

9:15-10:00 Opening Keynote Address
1. Director Rodger Heaton, Director Heaton is Chairman of the Commission on Criminal Justice and
Sentencing Reform and serves as the Director of Public Safety and Homeland Security Advisor to
Governor Bruce Rauner. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Heaton served as United States Attorney for
the Central District of Illinois -- the chief federal law enforcement official for 46 counties in
central Illinois.
