Insights on eDiscovery market confidence, performance metrics, and generative AI use.

Welcome to the eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey, a non-scientific systematically delivered survey designed to provide insight into the business confidence level of individuals working in the eDiscovery ecosystem. This is the 39th iteration of the survey that was initiated in 2016.

The survey consists of 17 multiple-choice questions focused on factors related to the creation, delivery, and consumption of eDiscovery products and services, including four multiple-choice questions focused on understanding the use and governance of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in the eDiscovery ecosystem.

We invite cybersecurity, information governance, and legal discovery professionals operating in the eDiscovery ecosystem, as well as industry analysts, commentators, and observers, to participate in the survey. Your responses will be kept anonymous, and no individual or organizational contact data, demographics, or answers will be shared.

Please complete the survey to have your business confidence responses included in the 1H 2026 results and to receive a copy of the results via email.
