BCAC Producer Training Registration
The BC Agriculture Council is leading an industry wide collaboration to bridge information gaps, understand and address concerns, and build trust between BC’s aqua/agri-food community and its residents. One of the goals of this initiative is to deliver training and resources which equip BC producers with skills to engage in conversations about agriculture and food and strengthen confidence with consumers.

BCAC is proud to pilot a new training workshop designed specifically for BC producers. This training is being offered in collaboration with BCYF, and is FREE for BCYF members and farmers who belong to a BCAC Member Association.

Training will include:
- Overview of BC consumers and their concerns about the food system
- Overview of consumer perceptions about BC farmers
- Identification of shared values between consumers and farmers
- Communication strategies to engage consumers (with participatory activities)
- Resources to share with consumers, and to provide information about hot topics

Space is LIMITED, so register today.

Light refreshments will be provided.
