CCYMN Exhibitor Application
We look forward to providing youth ministers and educators the opportunity to become familiar with the various Catholic organizations of Canada, as well as provide you with the opportunity to inform the attendees about your organization and the good work you do within the Catholic community. Your support as well as countless others will help us to welcome over three hundred youth ministry leaders from across Canada and help equip them for service to our youthful church.

The exhibitor marketplace will be open and available for all conference participants on Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. All exhibitors are welcome to join us for our 5:30 p.m. Mass celebrated by His Excellency, Bishop Douglas Crosby.

The registration fee for the National Catholic Youth Ministry Conference will be based on your selection in this application. Registration includes a six-foot table in the exhibitor marketplace, and seating for two representatives.


This application is your first step in becoming an exhibitor at the Hope Comes Home conference. All applications will be reviewed. The Office of Youth Ministry, Diocese of Hamilton values exhibitors whose/who:

• Mission and resources reflect the values of the Catholic Church and The Office of Youth Ministry, Diocese of Hamilton.
• Resources prepare participants for Christian discipleship.
• Act as a good and responsible steward of resources.
• Provides or encourages an engaging, educational/catechetical experience.
• Reflects the diversity of the church and local community.
• Seeks out socially-responsible sources for their promotional materials and items.

The Office of Youth Ministry, Diocese of Hamilton reserves the right to refuse space to any applicant who, in its opinion , is unlikely to contribute to the overall objectives of the conference. Applications are reviewed cumulatively approximately every two weeks. All applicants will be notified of their status following review.

Once an application is approved , applicants have ten (10) business days to submit full payment for space and email proof of insurance. Failure to submit either payment of proof of insurance could result in cancellation of exhibit space.
