Registration on the 1st day 8:30 am to finish 5:00 pm. The following 3 days will run 9 am - 5.00 pm, with an optional Home Group 8.30 - 9.00 a.m.

On completion
Participants receive an Externship Certificate of Attendance.
You will then be able to join ICEEFT (available at a reduced fee while on the course) and have your information listed on the directory, this then makes you eligible for full membership of the British EFT Centre and to have your information listed on the directory.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that, due to unforeseen events, there may sometimes be the need to cancel. We usually make our final decision whether to run a course at least 6 weeks before the course begins but in extraordinary circumstances this may be only 2 weeks before - we will keep you informed.

All cancellations by those registered need to be received by email or in writing.
For all cancellations we retain an administrative charge of £50.

If you cancel your place on an Externship or a Core Skills module more than 6 weeks before the start date we will issue a full refund minus the administrative charge.
If the date of cancellation is less than 6 weeks before the course start date, we will retain 100% of the course fee unless:
a) you are able to find a replacement who fulfils the registration criteria whereby, we will issue a full refund minus the administrative charge; or
b) you defer your place and we transfer you to a future course/module starting within the next 18 months and run by Sandra Taylor and Helene Igwebuike here in Britain. If the course fees increase during this time, you’ll be liable to pay the extra cost.

Workshop cancellation - In the unlikely event of us having to cancel or postpone due to a lack of participants or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will refund your paid course fees in full but are unable to reimburse you for further costs such as travel, airfares and accommodation.

We reserve the right to have one trainer on some workshops.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
