Volunteer Interest Survey - Mercy Home & School Association
Our school could not do all of the amazing things that we do without the assistance of volunteers such as you. Thank you!!!

The Our Lady of Mercy Home and School Association promotes, encourages, and facilitates volunteerism at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School.

We welcome your involvement in school activities and truly appreciate all efforts to assist us during the busy school year. Please take a few minutes to fill out the form below if you would like to volunteer at our school, even if you are unsure of your ability to commit to specific events or dates at this time. Each parent should complete the form separately. Please complete this form by August 20, 2017. There will be additional opportunities throughout the year to sign up for specific events and activities as they are added to our school calendar. Thank you in advance for your invaluable service to our students and our school community.

Our Lady of Mercy School adheres to the policies set forth by the Diocesan Child Protection Program. Please keep in mind that volunteer opportunities require the completion of the application, training, and background check required by the Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge. Detailed information may be found at www.olomschool.org under PARENTS/Volunteer Certification. This certification must be completed at least two weeks prior to the volunteer activity.

Please contact the Home & School Volunteer Association President, Mrs. Andree Talbert, at dtalbert@gmail.com if you have any questions.
