What players should be looking for in ranked teams:
*A positive environment where players can grow and develop in the game of league
*Teams that they can bond and grow a friendship with to grow their overall EGC experience
*Goals of each team will be address once each team has a full roster of 5, but generally the goals for each team is each individual's Solo Queue tier averaged with the rest of the team plus + 5 Divisions Higher. In otherwords, if everyone on your team is gold 1, your average elo would be gold 1, and your goal would be Plat 1.
Requirements to be a player on any EGC Ranked 5s team:
Be a member or higher in the EGC Community
Requirements to be a captain:
An active member in EGC who has also participated in an EGC Tournament
If you are seeking to be a captain, Be sure to check the captain mark in the form. Be warned, the captain position is the difficult position on the team, yes you get to choose the team, but you also have to deal with the team's issues, time schedules, practices, maintaining good synergy within the team, and other issues that arise. But it's definitely the most rewarding role of the team.
What We give each team:
*A Teamspeak3 Room to talk and play in
*A Teamspeak3 Server Tag
*Ranked 5s Teams will be permitted to join the tournament as a team of 5.
To qualify for these perks, Each team must have either EGC in front of the team name or a majority of the team must have EGC in front of their name.
If your team goes above and beyond and are looking for a more serious and sponsored role in the community, you'll need to hit up Deathkilla to talk about the details. But for the most part, these teams are for fun and non sponsored.
Note: If you are kicked out of EGC for trolling and or bad behavior or any other reasons in accordance to EGC's Rules, you will lose your spot on the team.
