Information to the participant
The purpose of this study is to identify common standardized assessments used by Malaysian occupational therapists in hand rehabilitation. Standardized assessments are crucial in clinical practice to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention and to track the client's progress over time. You are invited to take part in this study if you have experience treating any clients with hand problems. You may ask the researcher if you have any questions or require further clarification pertaining to this study. Once you are fully satisfied that you have understand all the information regarding this study, and you have decided to take part, you are required to sign the Informed Consent Form by ticking the box next to the 'I Agree' option before you can proceed to the next section of survey. This survey will take you 5-10 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw anytime if you want to do so and no penalty shall be imposed on you. This study has been approved by the Research Ethics Committee, Universiti Teknologi MARA.
