NOMINATION PERIOD: The nomination period will be from Wednesday, May 16, 2017 through Friday, June 2, 2017. Each candidate must complete the nomination online by 4pm on Friday, June 2, 2017. You may contact the Election Chair, Ross Benson email@example.com if you have questions.
ELECTION PERIOD: Elections will be held from 6AM on June 12 through 5 PM on June 13. A notice with bios for NEA RA Delegates will be sent to all CEA members approximately 24 hours before the election to their home email address on record and through Executive Board Representatives via their first class lists. On the first day of the election, a link will be sent to members home email on record or to their CPS first class account should we not have a home email address. Members will have access to the bios when they are voting through the online ballot by clicking the “information” link next to the candidate name. Should a member not have access to their email during the election period, they can receive a link to vote online through the Election Chair (Ross Benson firstname.lastname@example.org), Election Technician, Gina Roughton (email@example.com) or Theresa Harrington, the CEA Office Secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org), (617) 492-4709. At the midpoint of the election, a reminder email will be sent to those who have not yet voted.
