The Wyoming Department of Education is pleased to announce the opening of a public comment period for the proposed rules governing the newly established Steamboat Legacy Scholarship. Wyoming Statutes Title 21, Article 9 establish the Steamboat Legacy Scholarship Program to provide families with greater flexibility in educational choices for their children. To ensure the program is administered effectively, the Department of Education has developed a comprehensive new set of rules.
Public comment will close on December 12, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
