School Self-Evaluation Questionnaire for Parents
Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are undertaking a self-evaluation of teaching and learning in our school and our focus this year is on improving English reading. The views of parents are very important and can really help us. By giving us your views and opinions, we can continue to improve the learning of pupils in our school. The questionnaire should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. We would be very grateful if you would complete the below and submit to the school. Please note all individual responses will be treated confidentially and are strictly used for the purpose of school self-evaluation.

Thanking you in advance for your co-operation.

Le meas,
William Greene
