Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you that the request for 504 applications for the 2024-2025 school year is now closed. We appreciate your interest and commitment to ensuring the best educational experience for your child.
We are closing the form at this time due to prioritizing closing the school year and supporting students as they complete final projects and exams. We want to ensure that this process is provided with fidelity, with the proper staffing, and attention to your student needs. The team will be available again in August at the start of the school year.
For those who wish to submit a request for a 504 evaluation for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, we want to let you know that the application process will reopen in August 2025. Please mark your calendars, and we encourage you to reach out to us at that time if you believe your child may benefit from a 504 plan. 504 requests at that time will be reviewed after R1 grades are posted.
