Event Time: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Event Location: East Regional Library, 160 W. Campus Drive, Destrehan, LA, 70047

Demos are encouraged, as the primary function of your table should be educational or informational.
Sales are allowed as a secondary feature.

To apply for a table in our Artists' Alley, complete the following form.
You must also submit examples of your work to taylor.sardegna@myscpl.org.

Space is limited and all applications may not be granted.

Artists' Alley Table Display Regulations:

All art must be family friendly. No nudity or graphic violence allowed.
Artists are responsible for setting up their table and for bringing signs and/or other promotional materials. All promotional items must fit on the provided table space (2’ x 6’).
No items will be allowed to be hung or displayed on library walls or ceiling.
Artists may not use back drapes or have displays over 3' high.
The library reserves the right to ask for a promotional item to be removed if it interferes with the set up or visual organization of the event.

Tables do not come with power.* (If you need an outlet, please let us know, as they are limited).

Artists are responsible for bringing all materials necessary to accept payments.
The library will not provide access to change, cash boxes, or credit card readers.

Set up and take down:

Tables will be available to artists beginning at 11 AM and set-up must be completed by the event start time, 1:00 PM.

The event will end at 4:00 PM; all break down, and removal of displays must be finished before 5:00 PM.
Applications will be accepted until June 21, 2018. Afterwards staff will review submissions and contact you by June 28 if you are accepted.
