Sound check Xuluprophet requires a sound check before performance starts, with a 10-15 min break between the sound check and performance.
Performance Start Time
After 1.25 hours the band will get a 20 min break for shows with performance times over 2.5 hours
Payment/Fee for hiring Xuluprophet
Payments will be made online or after sound check. A deposit may be required at times to pay promoters and talent seller/buyers for shows outside of Georgia. This will be arranged on an individual basis.

All percentage and door based shows will have the venue create an event on their social media, and website if available. The venue is responsible for printing posters and show announcements up two weeks prior to the show. and submiting the event to any free radio and/or entertainment listings in the ares, as well as in house marquis.

----- By Xuluprophet performing all members of each venue/ hiring agent/talent buyer agree to these terms: A 50% payment will be exacted should the venue cancel within 2 weeks after this agreement is reached, and a confirmation is solidified by email. Rain dates may or may not be rescheduled depending on the band availability and routing.

Hospitality & Promotion
The Customer will provide free drinks and meals on the date(s) of the Performance if the venue serves food. As well as provide complementary tickets to the performance if necessary for radio giveaways and press passes/invites. *All venues are asked to create Facebook Event pages, flyers, posters, etc. for the show and promote, promote, promote! Please post flyers and posters before the show*
