Graphic Novel - these books use both picture panels & words to tell the story, ranging from classic comics (like Marvel) to realistic fiction told through a comic-styled story. Characters/People focused -- stories that make you feel connected to the characters, maybe even after you've finished the book! Think realistic fiction, graphic novel memoirs, biographies.
